MARION SCRYMGOUR MP
FEDERAL MEMBER FOR LINGIARI
Federal Labor member for Lingiari today announced that a re-elected Albanese Labor Government will support the Multicultural Community Services of Central Australia (MCSA) in providing services to young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
This $50,000 election commitment will support the MSCA take on a coordinating role in providing seed funding to increase services, arts, sporting and recreational activities to local cultural groups and associations.
MSCA would manage the total funding and allocate one-off grants of up to $10,000 to the cultural groups and associations through an Expression of Interest process.
Consistent with past practice, election commitments will be delivered in line with Commonwealth Grants Rules and Principles.
